To participate in this workshop, advance registration and confirmation of acceptance is required. The balance of payment is due by November 1, 2010.

A few logistical notes:

Rooms are double occupancy. A few single rooms are available at an additional cost. If you cannot stay overnight, the cost without lodging is $645.00. Wear comfortable clothing and you may wish to bring a towel for the hot tub and sauna.
